Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

You have ​21 ​calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 21 ​calendar days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that the item was received and if the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.

Sale items 

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product contact info@malcolmsmoments.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide a description of the problem as well as pictures of the defective product. Exchange requests made more than 72 hours from the date of delivery will not be approved.

 

Shipping

Contact info@malcolmsmoments.com for product returns.Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns over $75.
